Shipping method & rates

Our shipping carrier in the United Kingdom and Ireland is Royal Mail. All parcels are sent by recorded First Class or Second Class Royal Mail. A signature is required on receipt of goods. The shipping rates for the U.K. and Ireland are as follows:

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Although we will try to get you your order in the shortest time possible, we will not accept liability for inconvenience caused due to delays in shipping caused by circumstances beyond our control e.g. in case of strikes by employees of Royal Mail.

Order Status
We process orders Monday through to Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12 noon will not be processed until the next working day.

Please expect your order to be processed and shipped within 7 working days. It may take upto 28 days to receive your order in case a great demand arises for a particular product. In such a case our customer services desk will send you an email and keep you updated until your order is dispatched.

If you want to check the status of your order after it has been dispatched, please log onto www.royalmail.com and enter your tracking number or call Royal mail on 0845 927 2100 from 2pm, two working days after goods have been dispatched from our end.

Change Submitted orders
If you need to change an order already placed, please email us via the contact us form and select the subject ‘My Order' and topic ‘Change my order'. To expedite your request, please have your order number available.

Missing or damaged products in delivery
If a product is missing from your order, or your order contains a damaged product, please contact us on telephone number +44(0)20 8866 6388 or fax us on +44 (0)20 8866 6389 or email us via the contact us form . To expedite your request please have your order number at hand.

In the case of damaged products, we may request you to send us back the damaged goods.

We will always do our best to accommodate your request as efficiently as possible.

Returns & Exchanges
Should you buy anything directly from us that you are not entirely pleased with, you may return it back to us, with the proof of purchase, for a 100% money back guarantee.

Customers who purchase products from our website or by telephone or fax may return the products by mail. We cannot be held responsible for any returned goods that go missing in post. For accounting purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt/ invoice with your returns. If you buy Dayenne products from any unauthorized retailers or unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
